Delete specific data

How it works

1. Enter the email tied to your Bink account.
2. Select one or more data categories to delete.
3. (Optional) Tell us why so we can improve.
4. Click Submit request and save the reference ID we show you.
5. Our compliance team reviews each category by hand and completes your request within 30 days. Category deletion is not automated, so we may email you at this address if we need to confirm that the account is yours.

To permanently close your account, use Settings > Account Deletion to start the 24-hour cooldown and return afterward to confirm. If you cannot access Settings, use the separate support-assisted form at /account/delete . This partial-data form does not start the cooldown or close your account.
