Self-deletion in Settings

Open Settings > Account Deletion and select Delete Account. A service email notice accompanies the 24-hour cooldown. The button is blue while the timer runs. Your account remains open, subject to existing restrictions; it is never deleted automatically. Repeated requests do not restart the timer. After 24 hours, return to the red button and select Yes, permanently delete in the final confirmation. Keep my account closes that popup without deleting the account or resetting the cooldown. Confirmed self-deletion signs you out, revokes refresh sessions and permanently blocks that account for self-deletion. You cannot restore or sign back into it. Redeem any eligible Bink Cash before confirming. For a break from play, self-exclusion in Settings is separate and is not delayed by this cooldown.

Support-assisted requests

1. Fill in the email address you used to register your Bink account.
2. (Optional) Add a reason so we can improve.
3. Click Request deletion. Keep your reference ID. Our team may contact you to verify ownership of the account.
4. Our team reviews your request and verifies ownership before completing closure. This is a separate review process, not a 30-day grace period or an automatic deletion timer.

What gets deleted

• Identifying account details are cleared or replaced with an anonymized account record.
• Email address, phone, date of birth and password are removed from the account.
• Display name is anonymized; chat and support message content is redacted.
• Bink-stored KYC submissions and uploaded documents are removed.
• Confirmed Settings self-deletion revokes refresh sessions and removes linked social-login and two-factor credentials.
• Closure ends access to remaining Gold Coins and Bink Cash; it does not initiate a redemption.

What we're required to keep

• Financial transaction history: deposits, withdrawals, bet records, and ledger entries are retained for 5 years as required by the US Bank Secrecy Act (31 U.S.C. § 5311 et seq.) and FinCEN money-services-business rules. After deletion these rows are anonymized — your name and email are stripped, but the amounts and timestamps remain for audit/AML compliance.
• Closure and audit records: an anonymized account anchor and closure record remain for necessary audit and security purposes. Bink-stored KYC uploads are removed; independent service providers may retain records under their own lawful obligations.
• Tax records: W-9/1099 forms retained per IRS rules (typically 7 years).
• Fraud/abuse markers: if your account was closed for ToS violations, we keep the email/IP/device fingerprint to prevent re-registration. These markers are not used for any other purpose.
