The sole sponsor/promoter of the Sweepstakes is Bink Entertainment LLC ("Sponsor" or "Bink.bet"), with principal offices at 119 Tennyson Pl, Coppell, TX 75019.

The Sweepstakes is sponsored and administered solely by Bink Entertainment LLC. Apple Inc., Google, and/or Meta are not sponsors of, affiliated with, involved with, or responsible for this Sweepstakes in any manner.

Eligible Participants are legal residents of the United States (excluding Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Maine, Michigan, Mississippi, Montana, New Jersey, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia) and Canada (excluding Quebec), who are at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in their jurisdiction (whichever occurs later) at the time of entry. PARTICIPATION IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

A person who participates in the Sweepstakes is a "Participant."

The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial, and local laws and regulations. It is the sole responsibility of a Participant to determine whether the Sweepstakes is legal and compliant with all regulations in the jurisdiction in which the Participant resides. Participation constitutes the Participant's full and unconditional agreement to these Sweeps Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set out in these Sweeps Rules.

Employees of Bink Entertainment LLC, any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Sweepstakes and their immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members are not eligible to participate.

Bink.bet is an online platform which offers Participants the chance to play games for entertainment and enjoyment. Bink.bet also gives away sweepstakes entries referred to as "Bink Cash" (BC) as set out in these Sweeps Rules. Bink Cash can be used to participate in Promotional Play for a chance to win further Bink Cash, which are redeemable for real prizes.

BINK CASH ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM PRIZE REDEMPTION THRESHOLD. AMOUNTS BELOW THE THRESHOLD ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PRIZE REDEMPTION. Bink Cash cannot be purchased under any circumstances. It is only available for free as described in these Rules.

Minimum redemption amount: $25.00 USD (25 BC). 1 Bink Cash = $1.00 USD redemption value.

The Sweepstakes as set forth in these Rules begins on the first day of the current month at 12:00:00 a.m. CT and is scheduled to end on the last day of the current month at 11:59:59 p.m. CT, or when Bink.bet provides thirty (30) days' notice of termination, whichever occurs first. Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device for the Sweepstakes.

To Participate, you must have an active account with Bink.bet. If you do not have an account, you can create one free of charge at https://bink.bet. Creation of an account with the ability to play with Bink Cash requires you to supply your full name, residential address, date of birth, and email address; and may be subject to an extended player verification process.

Once you have accessed Bink.bet and signed in to your account, there are several ways for an Eligible Participant to collect Bink Cash:

• Receive Bink Cash as a free bonus when purchasing Gold Coins. Each Participant may receive Bink Cash as a bonus upon the purchase of specifically marked packs of Gold Coins. Gold Coins can be used for social game play on Bink.bet and cannot be redeemed for prizes. The number of Bink Cash a Participant will receive as a bonus for each relevant Gold Coin purchase will be stated in the website purchase window. All purchases of Gold Coins are final and no refunds will be given.
• Receive Bink Cash by logging into your account. Participants can receive free Bink Cash on a daily basis by signing into their account and claiming the Daily Bonus. The Bink Cash amount is variable: the full amount is awarded on each of the first seven (7) Daily Bonus claims made after the Participant's Reference Event, and from the eight (8) such claim the Bink Cash amount is reduced to $0.10 BC per claim and remains at that amount until a new Reference Event occurs. A Participant's Reference Event is the later of their most recently settled Gold Coin purchase and the date this provision took effect; completing a settled purchase constitutes a new Reference Event and restores the full amount together with a further seven (7) full-amount claims. The entitlement is measured in claims actually made and does not expire with the passage of time: a day on which the Participant makes no claim is not counted against them. The amount payable is displayed before the Participant claims it. The Gold Coin portion is not reduced: it scales with the login streak from 1,000 GC on Day 1 up to 7,000 GC on Day 7, after which the streak repeats. Participants can only claim a Daily Bonus once per day. Full particulars are set out at clause 7.8 of the Terms of Service.
• Receive Bink Cash by sending a request by mail. Participants can receive Bink Cash by sending a handwritten Request Card as detailed in the Mail-In Entry section below.
• Receive Bink Cash via promotional codes distributed by Sponsor through email, social media, or other channels.
• Receive Bink Cash as affiliate commission on the play of Participants who registered using your referral code. Commission accrues only after the referred Participant has completed a purchase; no Bink Cash is awarded for the referral or registration itself.

Participants can receive free Bink Cash by sending a handwritten request on a 3"x5" index card or plain paper ("Request Card") placed inside a stamped envelope addressed to:

Participants must handwrite all of the following on the Request Card:

• Their full legal name as shown on their government-issued identification
• Their Bink.bet username or the email address registered to their Bink.bet account
• Their complete return/residential mailing address
• Their date of birth
• The following statement: "I wish to receive Bink Cash to participate in the Bink.bet Sweepstakes Promotion. By submitting this request, I hereby declare that I have read, understood, and agree to be bound by Bink.bet's Terms and Conditions and Sweeps Rules."

There is a limit of one Request Card per outer envelope. Combined requests sent via package or parcel are invalid. FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, PRINTED OR TYPED REQUESTS WILL BE REJECTED. THE ENTIRE REQUEST CARD MUST BE HANDWRITTEN.

For each valid Request Card submitted, the Participant will receive 3 Bink Cash (3 BC) credited to their account. There is a limit of one (1) mail-in request per account, per calendar month. Calendar months are determined in UTC and reset at 00:00 UTC on the first day of each month.

NOTE: A Participant must ensure that their handwriting is legible. If the Participant's handwriting is not legible, the entry will be void. The legibility of a Participant's handwriting will be determined by Bink.bet in its sole discretion. The request must only be made by the Participant and must be posted from the same state or province as the Participant's verified residential address.

Bink Entertainment LLC is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected BC requests or allocations. Processing time is 7 to 10 business days from receipt.

Participants with Bink Cash can use that Bink Cash to play games within Bink.bet for a chance to win additional Bink Cash. Bink Cash won through game play can be redeemed for real prizes.

Only games played with Bink Cash provide the opportunity to redeem winnings for real prizes. The prize that can be won while playing a game will be shown in Bink.bet, denominated as "Bink Cash."

Each Bink Cash that has been won through game play can be redeemed for a prize at a rate of 1 BC = $1.00 USD. Bink Cash possesses no real monetary value and may only be used to request a Prize redemption to be approved and processed by the Sponsor. Approval is subject to participants completing all verifications to confirm eligibility and adherence to all Sweepstakes Rules and Terms of Use.

Bink Originals use a provably fair system based on HMAC-SHA256 cryptographic hashing, which lets a Participant independently verify the fairness of every outcome from the seeds shown in the game. Games supplied by third party studios run on that studio's own certified random number generator, do not receive Bink seeds, and are not seed verifiable. Return to player (RTP) percentages vary by game. Bink publishes the figure for each Bink Original in that game's information panel, and that panel is the authoritative figure.

Unless Sponsor requires otherwise, any Bink Cash allocated to a Participant are required to be played through at least once (1x) before they are eligible to be redeemed for a prize.

Sponsor reserves the right to change the prize win rates and odds of any Sweepstakes at any time. It is a Participant's responsibility to check the prize win rate on each occasion before they participate.

The use of automated or systematic methods of play to win and/or redeem Bink Cash for prizes is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of Bink Cash.

Potential prize winners must comply with these Sweeps Rules and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.

A potential prize winner may be required to sign and return to Sponsor an affidavit/declaration of eligibility and liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim their prize.

Participants may be required to successfully complete a Know-Your-Customer ("KYC") verification process to validate eligibility to participate before redeeming any prize. This may include, but is not limited to, providing proof of a valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and validation of SSN or SIN.

A Participant's Bink Cash balance is shown in the Participant's account.

Where a Participant has chosen to redeem prizes won in Sweepstakes play, the cash payment will be paid in USD to a destination the Participant selects on the redemption screen. The destinations presently offered are bank account, debit card, Venmo, and PayPal. Sponsor may add or withdraw destinations from time to time, and the destinations available to a Participant are those shown on the redemption screen at the time of the request.

Sponsor will only process a prize redemption if the redeemed value of the prize is $25 USD or more (that is, a minimum of 25 eligible Bink Cash).

In Florida, the maximum redemption value of a Bink Cash prize won via a Participant's participation in the Sweepstakes is $5,000 USD. Any redemption of a prize valued in excess of $5,000 USD will not be allocated or paid to Florida residents.

Sponsor may set, and vary from time to time, a maximum total that may be redeemed within a rolling twenty four (24) hour period. The limit presently in force is 1,000 BC. The limit applicable to a Participant is shown on the redemption screen at the time the request is made, and that is the figure that governs. A redemption limit defers a redemption. It does not forfeit, reduce, or expire Bink Cash, which remains in the Participant's account and may be redeemed once the applicable period has elapsed.

Sponsor is not responsible for any taxes or fees associated with a prize redemption. Participants are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or redemption. If a Participant redeems $600 or more of Bink Cash within a calendar year, Participant must provide Sponsor with their SSN or ITIN. Any Participant that fails to provide this information will not be permitted to redeem Bink Cash over the $600 threshold. IRS Form 1099-MISC will be issued where required by law.

Bink Cash is not transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Bink Cash does not expire and is not forfeited for inactivity. It may be forfeited only as expressly provided in these Rules or in the Terms of Service, including on a determination of promotional abuse under clause 7.6 of the Terms.

Prize winners will be notified by private message or email. For a list of prize recipients who have redeemed 100 BC or more in the preceding calendar month, send a written request to: Bink Entertainment LLC, Attn: Winner List, 119 Tennyson Pl, Coppell, TX 75019. Requests must be received within 60 days of the applicable month.

By Participating, each Participant agrees to:

• Comply with and be bound by the Terms and Conditions, these Sweeps Rules, and the decisions of the Sponsor which are binding and final;
• Release and hold harmless Bink Entertainment LLC and its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, arising out of or relating to a Participant's entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, or acceptance, use or misuse of prizes;
• Indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Sponsor from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to a Participant's participation in the Sweepstakes and/or Participant's acceptance, use or misuse of prizes.

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each Participant's consent to Sponsor's and its agents' use of Participant's name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and state/province/territory for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice or consideration.

By accepting a Prize, the winner hereby grants Sponsor and its representatives an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and sub-licensable right and license to use, distribute, and publicly display the winner's name and information about the Prize award, in any media, without any additional approval or consideration.

Insofar as permitted by law, the Released Parties are not responsible for:

• Any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by a Participant, printing error or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes;
• Technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software;
• Unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes;
• Technical or human error which may occur in the administration or operation of the Sweepstakes; or
• Any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Participant's participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt, use or misuse of any prize.

If for any reason a Participant's Bink Cash or winning play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, Participant's sole remedy is replacement by Sponsor of an equivalent amount of Bink Cash.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes or these Sweeps Rules, or any part thereof, with immediate effect owing to circumstances outside its reasonable control, including fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control that impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Sweeps Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

In the event of modifying the Sweepstakes or Sweepstakes Rules, a Participant's continued participation constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you do not agree to the amended Sweeps Rules, you may not participate in any Promotional Play.

All disputes are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in our Terms and Conditions, which include a provision waiving the right to pursue any class, group, or representative claim and requiring you to pursue disputes through individual arbitration unless you opt out within the specified time frame.

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Sweepstakes Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Participant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Texas, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Any personally identifiable information collected during a Participant's participation in the Sweepstakes will be collected and used by Sponsor and its designees for the administration and fulfillment of the Sweepstakes and as otherwise described in these Official Rules and Sponsor's Privacy Policy available at bink.bet/privacy.
