Hi-Lo on Bink: higher, lower, or the same?
Hi-Lo is a card prediction game in the Bink Originals collection. Each round starts with a face-up card. Choose whether the next card will be higher, lower, or the same rank. A correct prediction builds your multiplier; an incorrect prediction ends the round. After a successful prediction, you can cash out or continue with the next card.
The main card is your reference for the next choice. The King and Ace graphics beside it show the limits of the ranking: King is highest and Ace is lowest. Suits do not change a card’s rank, so two cards with the same number count as Same even when their suits differ.
How to play Hi-Lo
- Choose your currency and bet amount, then select Bet to deal the opening card.
- Review Higher, Same, and Lower. The controls show the displayed chance for each prediction, while the profit bar shows its potential profit.
- Choose a prediction or use an available Skip Card to move to another reference card.
- After a correct prediction increases your multiplier, select Cash Out to finish the round, or make another prediction.
At an Ace, a lower card is impossible; at a King, a higher card is impossible. An equal rank is a separate Same prediction, rather than a win for Higher or Lower.
98% RTP, multipliers, and cashing out
Hi-Lo has 98% theoretical RTP and a 2% house edge. Prices follow the cards remaining in the deck. The edge is applied once, on the first prediction; subsequent predictions preserve the expected value of your current payout.
Correct predictions compound your multiplier. The choices have different payouts, so check the values shown for the current card before making a prediction. A larger potential payout does not make that outcome more likely.
The multiplier describes the total return relative to your starting bet. For example, cashing out a 1 BC bet at 2.00× returns 2 BC in total, including the original 1 BC stake. Current Gain shows the profit above that stake. Displayed multipliers are rounded for readability; payouts use full precision. Any fractional cent is rounded with provably fair randomness to preserve its expected value. The round automatically collects at the end of the deck or when the multiplier reaches 1,000×, paying the full earned multiplier. Continuing puts the accumulated return at risk: an incorrect prediction ends the round without a payout.
Skips and card history
Starting another round after ten minutes resolves your unfinished round first. Rounds left open are also resolved by background cleanup after 48 hours. A successful prediction is cashed out. If no prediction has been made, the game takes the highest-probability prediction and collects on a win.
A round provides up to three skips before your first prediction. Skipping replaces the reference card without increasing your multiplier. The counter on Skip Card shows how many remain. The history row records the opening card and subsequent cards, helping you follow the round’s predictions and multiplier changes.
Completed results appear at the top right. Select a result to inspect its details. A previous run does not guarantee the outcome of a new round.
Verify your Hi-Lo result
Hi-Lo uses Bink’s provably fair system. Open Fairness to inspect the seed information, and use a completed result’s verification view to check its card sequence once the required server seed is revealed. The provably fair overview explains the system, and how to verify a Bink result walks through the verification process.
Hi-Lo questions
Is Ace high or low?
Ace is always the lowest rank in Bink Hi-Lo. King is the highest.
Does skipping count as a winning prediction?
No. A skip changes the reference card and uses one skip. It does not increase your multiplier.
Is there a special 6–7 bonus?
No. The current game uses Higher, Same, and Lower for every rank, including six and seven.
